PACEmaker International(PACE) is committed to equipping teachers with the necessary tools and skills to create a transformative learning experience for their students. As part of our ongoing efforts, we recently conducted the annual training for our PACE partner teachers, empowering them with Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) and PACE programmes. This training ensures that our partner teachers can continue making a significant impact even after our dedicated PACE Fellows complete their fellowship.
The training session brought together teachers from the six partner schools in Kilifi: Bora, Fumbini, Korosho, Kiwandani, Kibaoni, and Kilifi Primary School. The purpose of this gathering was to provide a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional development.
The training emphasized a learner-centered approach, encouraging teachers to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. The teachers were introduced to innovative teaching methodologies, instructional techniques, and assessment strategies that would enable them to meet the diverse needs of the learners effectively.
Furthermore, the training session served as a platform for teachers to share their experiences, challenges, and success stories. The collaborative nature of the gathering fostered a supportive network, where educators could learn from one another and develop a sense of community. Through these interactions, teachers gained valuable insights and practical solutions to implement in their classrooms.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the teachers who participated. Your commitment to providing quality education and creating a nurturing environment for your learners is commendable.
PACE remains dedicated to supporting our partner teachers and ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality education. Through continuous training and ongoing collaboration, we are confident that together, we can transform the educational landscape in Kilifi and empower future generations to thrive.
